Sunday, October 01, 2006 Jumping the Gun?Well, we have costumes already for LatteGirl and TheWife, soooooo.... being in the Halloween spirit already, we have already pulled out the Halloween Decorations and started doing up the house.LatteGirl had declared that "cutesy" is out this year and wants everything to be scary. Which is quite a departure from the norm for her, but I guess is in keeping with her making the switch this year from being one sort of Disney character or another to being a witch! So... Are we jumping the gun, decorating a full month before Halloween? Seems OK to me, I mean what the heck, stores have had their Halloween stuff out for two weeks already, and by mid October you will probably start seeing Christmas stuff on their shelves. |
